The file is unusually detailed. A flight inspection on 28 July 2025 found serious defects in the quality system across three batches, and the factory was also found to have made special cosmetics without registration. Two 2024 batches of its Qianfei Isolation Sunscreen Lotion SPF50 PA+++, tested by laboratories in Guangxi and Guangzhou, contained none of the three filters declared on the label and in the registration file: oxybenzone, avobenzone and octinoxate.
