Shanghai Keqin Technology has introduced BiocosMed-ECM, a basement-membrane liposome aimed at the dermal-epidermal junction — the roughly 0.1-micron band that anchors the epidermis to the dermis, supports structure and relays cell signals, and whose degradation shows as sagging, recurring sensitivity and poor penetration. The problem it addresses is blunt: basement-membrane proteins run to hundreds of kilodaltons and cannot cross the stratum corneum, so topical versions sit on the surface. Keqin's answer is a full-spectrum natural extract — collagens I, III, IV, VII and XVII plus laminin and nidogen — encapsulated in liposomes. The category is established.
