Original headline (CN): 估值150亿!知名香水品牌要卖了
Parfums de Marly, the French niche luxury fragrance house behind the best-selling Delina line, is being courted by at least three bidders, according to foreign media: private-equity firms CVC Capital Partners and Cinven, and Spanish beauty group Puig. Owner Artessence Group hired Jefferies and Goldman Sachs to run the sale, and the brand could change hands at a valuation below €2bn (≈¥14.9bn). That price would be more than triple the sub-US$700m (≈¥4.7bn) valuation at which Advent International bought a majority of the parent in June 2023. The brand has earned the premium: sales reached US$586m in the fiscal year to March 2025 and passed US$780m (≈¥5.2bn) in the latest fiscal year, with 25 standalone boutiques and roughly 1,500 retail doors worldwide by end-March 2026. Since entering China via Shanghai in 2021 with Evertop (颖通) operating support, it has opened dozens of counters in top-tier cities. For Puig, fragrance contributed €2.7bn — 72% of group revenue — in the first nine months of 2026, making the asset a natural strategic fit.
