*MZ Toutiao (美妆头条) · 2026-11-02 · Regulation / Quality* **原文:** 山东药监局公告9批次不合格化妆品 Shandong's medical products regulator published a sampling notice on 29 October listing nine cosmetic batches that failed inspection, spanning sunscreen, BB creams and face masks. The failures break down into elevated microbial counts and label-versus-content mismatches — the two failure modes that dominate Chinese provincial sampling bulletins. The sensitive part is the counterfeit confirmations. One batch of Anessa's gold-packaged perfect UV sunscreen was confirmed by Shiseido China as fake; a VSZE SPF50 PA+++ spray was confirmed counterfeit by its Guangzhou-registered company; and a batch of Ranchuyan sunscreen was confirmed never to have been produced by the named manufacturer. In other words, the violations are less about sloppy factories than about products sold under stolen identities. For retailers and platforms, the notice is another reminder that sampling risk now attaches to channel authenticity: grey-market and counterfeit sunscreen keeps surfacing in official bulletins during peak UV season tail-ends.
